This adds the option for users to attach items to submissions (both via prompts and claims) to be consumed. As with design updates and trades, items are only temporarily "held" and are returned if the submission is rejected. Installation
Before you install this extension, process any remaining unprocessed submissions. Otherwise, you will need to edit the json in the database before they can be processed.
Pull the branch, then run php artisan migrate.
