Creates Permanent Links for Individual Prompts so that you can link directly to a specific prompt.
Prompt Titles on the Prompt Search page will now link to the permalink.
Installation
1. Pull and deal with conflicts 2. `php artisan optimize` 3. Test and make sure it works!
